2) Storage conditions for products
All Tingkat Deli meals are delivered or take out, ready to eat.
Due to seasonal nature of vegetables and product availability, Tingkat Deli reserves the right to change the menu without notice.
Upon customer reception, the products must be consumed or kept in the fridge. Tingkat Deli declines all responsibility in the event that the products delivered are not kept under the conditions indicated, nor consumed within stipulated time of 6 hours upon delivery.
3) Conditions of delivery and withdrawal at point of sale
Tingkat Deli delivers throughout Pays de Gex ( Divonne, Grilly, Sauverny, Versonnex, Ornex, Ferney-Voltaire, Vesancy Gex, Cessy, Echenevex, Crozet, Segny, Chevy, Sergy, St. Genis Pouilly, Thoiry, Péron, St.-Jean de Gonville, Farges, Challax, Collonges) The products are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle and / or in an insulated box. In the event of a delay of more than one hour on the delivery schedule provided for on the order, the delivery cost will be borne by Tingkat Deli, unless this delay is due to a case of natural disaster (flood, fire, attack, etc.). ).
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery and billing details. Tingkat Deli will not be responsible for any delay in the event of incorrect or incomplete information.
Point of sale for Take away
The products for Takeaway, directly in store, can only be done from the opening time of Tingkat Deli or its point of sale at contracted partner shops, and before closing time. Opening hours are available on the Site.
Tingkat Deli will not be responsible for mishandling of food or storage at the contracted shops after delivery.
The Customer must withdraw his products only by providing his order number appearing on the confirmation e-mail, and this within the time slot indicated during said order.
4) Price management
The prices of our products are indicated on the website are in euros including tax (all taxes included). When ordering, products will be invoiced based on the prices at the time of validation of the order.
Prices are subject to change with legal applicable VAT rates.
5) Validation, Confirmation and payment of order
Any order placed online is considered “good for agreement”.
Any order, modification or cancellation must be the subject of an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and this, at the latest 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Any cancellation, after this deadline, cannot be accepted (no refund)
With regard to products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, the customer will not benefit from a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L121-20- 2 of the Consumer Code.
After having read the details of their future order, and once all the information requested has been completed by the User, the latter will accept the General Conditions of Sale by clicking on “Place the order” in order to definitively confirm their order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
The User will then have to enter certain information relating to the bank card used:
- The name of the holder of the bank card,
- The bank card number,
- The expiration date of this,
- Its cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of the bank card).
It is specified that with immediate payment by bank card, means of payment offered by Tingkatdeli.com on its website, the User will make his payment via Stripe, recognized for its reliability in terms of transactions on the Internet. Thus, the User’s bank data are forwarded to Stripe, which is subject to security by S.S.L encryption and therefore at no time does the User’s bank data pass through Tingkatdeli.com ‘s computer system. The responsibility of Tingkatedeli.com is therefore released. As soon as he validates his payment by bank card, the order is registered and becomes irrevocable. The User becomes Buyer. The order form will be recorded in the computer registers of Tingkatdeli.com, themselves kept on a reliable and durable medium, and will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties. In addition, a summary of the order will be sent to him by email, to the email address indicated by him (at the time of the order).
This confirmation will include all of the constituent elements of the contract between the Parties. Tingkatdeli.com recommends the Buyer to keep their order confirmation email or to print it. However, documents archived in the computer systems of Tingkatdeli.com will be considered as legal proof. A summary of the order will also be displayed in the customer account.
Unavailability of products – Exchange policy
Our product offers are valid if they are visible on the tingkatdeli.com site while stock last.
In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email or phone. We will then offer you a choice:
- The reimbursement of the missing product (s) by credit card,
- reimbursement as a voucher,
- replacement by products of your choice of a value equivalent to the missing products,
- outright cancellation of your order
6) Discount Coupons and return of the Tingkat Deli ‘Lunch Box’.
Issue of coupons
The coupons are marked with a code. This code will be sent by email or mail during special operations.
The return of the TKD ‘Lunch Box’ (stainless steel container provided by Tingkatdeli.com), conditions specified below, gives the right to a reduction coupon for a next order.
The TKD Lunch Boxes will have to be washed and cleaned and in perfect condition for reuse upon returned.
Any TKD Lunch Box which has been damaged or which is no longer suitable for new marketing, will not be refunded or exchanged. Any TKD Lunch Box which has undergone a transformation (marking, engraving, adjustment, …) will not be refunded or exchanged.
Only one coupon can be used per order. In no case can it be converted into currency.
Coupons issued have an expiration date that cannot be changed. No new coupon can be issued or allocated to a User to replace an expired and unused coupon. The application of a coupon necessarily implies that the value of the basket (before the calculation of shipping costs) is greater than the value of the coupon, except in the case where the specific conditions of use of said coupon specify a minimum amount of purchase (before calculating shipping costs). In this case, the value of the basket (before calculating the shipping costs) must be greater than the value of the minimum purchase required for the use of the coupon. Under no circumstances may a client ask Tingkatdeli.com to deduct from an order already validated and paid for the value of a coupon whose code has not been entered, selected or is defective, when it has been placed.
Use of coupons
In order to benefit from the reduction associated with a coupon, the User must enter their promo code in the “Promo code” box.
After entering their promo code, the User must click on the “Ok” button. The reduction will be immediately deducted from the amount of the order.
Refund of an order containing a coupon
When an order contains a coupon, the coupon amount is broken down on all the items of the order in proportion to their respective value. The reimbursement of a product of an order, whatever the reason, is made after deduction of the share of the associated coupon.
7) Tingkat carrier usage & responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the Tingkat carrier (Lunch box carrier bought @ Tingkat Deli). Our stainless-steel container is meant for the convenience of carrying the foods and NOT suitable for heating or cooking purposes. Those containers will get damaged if placed under direct fire, which is beyond washable.
Customers are advised to store the food in the refrigerator upon receiving the food if not consume immediately and heat up via 2~3 minutes of high heat in the microwave in microwavable container.
All complaints and reservations must be brought to our attention within 24 hours after delivery or withdrawal from the store.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL).
